It's beautiful to see your dad still learning after all these years. I love how you are helping him improve even though you'd understand him just fine with his little flaws. Such a loving energy from these videos.

Aw, thanks!! 💛 And we all never stop learning, improving, not just with sign language but in general. :)

So... About two month ago, I saw the animation film, "A Silent Voice", and it made me want to learn sign language so bad, that I ended to search for KZbin videos teaching it so I can study it. I crossed this lovely channel and let me say that this is amazing! First of all thanks for all the help you gave me on learning what I know today about sign language, second of all, you two are lovely, with a lot of energy that is contagious, keep the good work, really loving your videos Btw, you have a beautiful voice, use it more often A big hug from Portugal

Watching your dad sign actually helps me! He isn't as refined or as quick as you are and I can identify with his choppy style.

Thank you, I get more out of this lesson because its interactive, plus your using your voice more which keeps me watching you sign than trying to read captions, and watch you sign!

I enjoyed the two of you! I'm a beginner so your dad bringing in his ways just helps me more when you help correct him so I make a mental note not to do it n have to break it later. We're all at different stages so it's a learning experience! Thanks so much! ❤️👍

I love how you and your dad use SEE! :) you have encouraged me to learn SEE! :) the reason why I been putting it off is because I was scared that if I was to ever meet a Deaf person.... I was afraid they would criticize my signing and say “You’re not signing ASL” or something along those lines.

Is that the sign for bobblehead? I'm using it. 😁 I am learning Italian and I do that same when I learn a new word. I try and use it right away in a few sentences. 👍

Haha, actually it's a classifier, a handshape, showing the head nodding. :) And that's fun you're learning Italian too!

So the “top” part of the sign for never goes left to right (always?)
@signedwithheart4 жыл бұрын
If you're right handed then never goes from left to right. If left handed, then right to left. More on this in the linked video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/jHy6qX57bpyGpcU :)
