I also wanted to learn how to trade and the best advice I got is to read books about investing. One advice that I have found useful from one of my books is the fact that if you buy stock with low p/e ratio (also called price to earnings ratio and if the is low it usually means that relative to the stock's earnings the stock is undervalued) and also with high return on invested capital (if the return is high it means you made profit) but this is not financial advice to me it is only useful.

I'm close to finished, I think in general it's pretty clear. But I stay with my opinion that this ain't for COMPLETE beginners. There is just too much missing or overlooked. You use a "memory" in front of a parameter, the modifier method ending with "_;" without explanation, 1:25:00 line 34 has a "require(true)" that always evaluates to true (not what you meant to do I guess), etc. I think for absolute beginners it's crucial to explain everything you show them, cause a single thing can make or break code.

In line 33 of HotelRoom you have a bool with the variable name sent. The next line is require(true), shouldn't that be require(sent)? Otherwise it's always true. Am I missing something?

does etherscan notates require statement's second argument(i mean error message)? some contracts does but, mine just notated "execution reverted"

so create contract with owner, allow book from recipient. is there a verify function that makes sure a transfer has happened? and grants purchaser access, a date, room number, persons granted access, also since it's a contract there must clauses in use ect, binding agreements. i'm starting to learn coding and not really looking for smart contracts, the algo thought i'd like a watch.

What I’m not understanding; is the use case (and why) we use “remix” for Solidity. Isn’t their an actual “solidity” app? Or why don’t you use your terminal to write this information in, rather than remix? I don’t understand the can’s and cant’s of all of the different programs. And the usecase, and what we need in order and why.

I think like an observation, book function needs require(_sent) as a variable, not true to emit, because true will always pass, I think that should be _sent (bool _sent, bytes memory data) = owner....
