"It had been fixed" would be the best translation. There is an implied "bien" here - "quedar bien". So, the sentence is "Como ya sabes, la semana pasada lo mandé al taller y se supone que ya había quedado (bien)." The translation would be As you know, last week I sent it to the shop and supposedly it had been fixed.

I just joined the the mejores amigos. But where are the perks: readings, vocabulary practice, etc. I can't find them. The directions say they are in the Spanish Playground group posts, or something like that. Please help.

This link should get you there: kzbin.infocommunity You can also find that tab in the navigation bar of our channel page on KZbin. In that tab, you'll see the posts in reverse order. Some are for all viewers - mostly announcing new videos. The "member's only" posts will have a little icon beside them. Scroll down to find those. There will be 3 separate posts published about the same video - with different activities in each one. You'll have to click "read more" to see the activities, the reading, and the explanations. You can select the text and copy and paste it into another document if you like. Unfortunately, KZbin doesn't give us formatting options, so your text may be white. If that happens, just select it in your document and change the text color (our word processor did it automatically, but yours may not). As we publish new materials, you'll get them in an email as well as a notification on the channel. Please let us know if you have problems finding the materials. Siempre ustedes dicen el verbo ‘mandar’ en vez de ‘llevar’, o ‘traer’ cuando hablan de su carro está en el taller?

Sí, "mandar" a arreglar algo es común. "Llevar" también funciona bien. "Traer" suena como si la persona que habla estuviera en el taller, pero depende del contexto.
