On a Samsung phone tal the video and look at the top left of the video . A mechanical gear next to the 3 vertical dots is where you can access the video slow down feature press the gear illustration and drop down menus appears and look for "play back speed" click on that and choose 75% For a tad slower or 50 % play back speed fir almost too slow

I agree. KZbin have changed their settings. I make sure new videos do not have midvid adverts but it takes a long time to go back through all previous videos to change the settings.
