My brother studied languages at the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center in California. The pace of study was intense. Students had to master the language course in 36-64 weeks. Psychologically it was very difficult, but fortunately he was helped by Yuriy Ivantsiv's book "Polyglot Notes. Practical tips for learning foreign languages”. Fun fact: In Spain we have an expression: To become Swedish. for example if they ask you something about what you have information but you don't want to give it and you say "i don't know" and the other person knows that you are lying, they will tell you "don't play Swedish" Know undestand why "Jag vet inte" We use too when one person are or pretend be confused and the other one think that the other is lying: Don't be/play Swedish haha Tack for teaching Swedish in such an easy way, I hope to visit your wonderful country soon.

The "rs" thing is in many dialects, in the mid to northern parts of the country, but pronounced slightly differently. But in my own southern dialect we "ur-säkta" pronounced "r" and "s" separately.
