Does he even say it? It is mostly used by those with something to prove, or who may need to coax favours from people who don't trust them. Think of Tyrion with the jailor in the eyrie, or Jaime when he's talking with Bronn approaching Riverfell, or Tyrion with Bronn when he wants him to fight the trial with the mountain.

Tyrion loved and respected his father but what did he get in return..Getting insulted from the father and the backstabbing from the same person. He didn't kill Tyrion as that would bring dishonour to his name and looked for an oppurtunity to execute him cleanly. I like Tywin as a alpha male person but always dislike him the way he treated Tyrion
