Are there other segments showing the 4-2? What were the benefits to the 4-2, exactly? Simplicity? Anything else beneficial about it? I don't know why but this sport confuses me and it seems so simple. I feel like I am missing something really important that every body else just understands.

brucemercer .. volleyball has strategists too, like other sports. And it’s beneficial too for the team, because everyone in the team has their own respective positions.

my coach runs a 4 - 2 with the setter in the backrow.
