I'm having trouble at making the yoyo to roll around my neck. You see, everytime I tug the string it seem like it doesn't have enough force to pull the yoyo which actually cause the yoyo land on my back instead of the string. Any tips?

You need to get enough momentum on the yoyo before you pull it around by swinging it the opposite direction to start. You also need to keep pulling on the string as the yoyo swings over your head to keep it moving.
