Hiii Vivekji , U called a very good person who has grt knowledge of Gann but he never share his knowledge with anyone, he is rightly said that he came to Twitter only for writing a One line which line is itself need so much RnD to understand but he never explained his thought that what the reason behind it. This subject is out of syllabus for you to understand, nither u have much query to clarify nor he wants to express some simple why to learn regarding time cycle. It is very big subject which can't captuer in 1 hour time. But u did really good job. well done.

I have a Question guys Please Help Me. I know a company gives bonus issue as dividend at the end of financial year so, Please make me understand that if bonus issue ratio is 1:1( for every one stock you get one for free) why does "stock price" halves?? Who/what makes the stock price fall ? Is it done by the exchange as a Rule ? I can't seem to find the answer. I know that the prices go down but why do it go down?

@@inspirationalgoosebumps6006 suppose a company has 100 as equity fun and has 2 share so market price will be somewhat near 50rs per share as total value of company is 100 i.e. bet worth or equity fund. Now assume company gives bonus 1:1 share hence now net worth will remain same 100rs but previously it was divided between 2 dhare hence per share 50rs now it will be divided between 2 extra bonus share i.e. 4 shares hence price would be 25rs per share. Note still net worth remains same. This is theory may not be 100% applicable as this example but is 99% accurate 1:1 maybe share is not exact half but somewhat below or above half may happen in real world as valuation also changes and many traders have different methods to determine real net worth of company. For eg an investor like Warren Buffett will see future expected performance and will derive net worth someone may see balance sheet and derive net worth. I personally value assets at 70% and subtract it by liability and find conservative net worth although trading price is way different as PE ratio theory and interest of country and Gordon's formula etc etc i can talk till eternity 🤣 I hope your doubt is solve... if not just KZbin search it "why share price falls after bonus shares"

@@jalajdurve the one you are talking about is stock split(corporate action) not bonus issue. In stock split the shares are split and so does the price. Thats why the net worth is same as before. But in bonus issue, the company does not split the stock but give new stock in 1:1 ,2:1,3:1 basis. This means that for each share you hold in your demat, you get one additional share as dividend. That means the company transfers shares from their reserves & surplus to the exchange in the form of shares. Suppose a company's capital is 100 and total shares 2. Stock price is 50 per share. They then give bonus to shareholders in 1:1 ratio. So now there are 4 shares and total capital is 200. "And the share price halves as per the 1:1 ratio.(remember the shares are not split but the company gave them new shares). Would the ratio had been 2:1, stock price would fall to third of the initial value. Now here i don't get how does the stock price goes down according to its ratio? What stock price should actually do is remain the same.

Itna deep gyan to zunzunwala ke kam ka hai bhai. Viveksir aap 60te logo ke fayde ka hamesa dhyan rakhte hai isme esa kuch nae mila sir. India ke punam amavas dekh ke FII DII ate nae hai sirji. So gann may be right thing but out of my understanding. Sirji kuch eazy aur faydewali baat karte to jyada maza ata. But still saradji ne easy word main share kiya isliye dhanyavaad.
