My max weight used to squat was 30kg.. Today I did as Yatinder sir told I prayed to the weight and barbell to me some good thighs. Magically I squated 80kg of 5 reps today with the help of my trainer😂 thank you for the tip sir🙏 really works.... Before starting the workout please pray and love your weights ❤️

Love the way Yatinder Singh explains any workout. I just watched a couple of his videos and im hooked to his channel. His passion and patience to explain from scratch is what makes him stand out among others and his level of experience. You can see he is really passionate about this sport and wants to educate everyone to get it right when it comes to any workout. Just by the way he talks shows he is a very down to earth fella and a good human being who wants to give back to the public, Proud that he is from India :)

Sir I really appreciate your thought, I got a wrist injury because of lifting more. I was on 20 kg and I took up 40 and got injury. My huge mistake. Yatinder bhai and tarun I'm so proud of you. Thank you for teaching me nicely. I'm am from Pakistan 🇵🇰. Thank you so much.

When i started doing squats and deadlifts... I started to see nice increase in my upper body and even overall strength gains... i could bench 5-8 kgs more than my pr.... and leg workout increases the most testosterone and hgh levels.... smith machine great for muscle activity... because free squats are little harder because you have to balance the weight and you need a spotter atleast... leg press and smith machine squats are the best... and deadlifts are excellent for overall physique and strength... specially for hamstring guelts and lower back..

I was a football player ( Nationals) and a sprinter, parallel to the ground posture during squats is correct. And mind will never allow you to do wrong exercise.....very true

Yatinder bhai sahi hain...Chahe koi kitna bhi mazaak uraaye,mere bachpan se knee injury hain phir bhi mein squat kar leta hoon...Agar squat mein aap below parallel(Heavyweights) jaate ho toh form ka dhyaan rakhe nahi toh aapka lower back injury pakka hain...Thanks bhai for the tips.
