at 27:25, did you mean "resolve additional flak per section 6.2" when returning to base????

The video was referring to Additional Flak in section 6.7 in the rulebook. After completion of the bomb run, you roll again on Table 6-2 through Table 6-5 and complete the Anti-Aircraft Fire sequence in section 6.4. Hope this helps. Thanks for the question.

in the campaign game, if one of you crew member dies, do you do you have to start over ?

In section 8.0 POST MISSION DEBRIEFING in the RULES OF PLAY book, it states "When a bomber or crew member is lost, select a new bomber or crewmen and give them a new name in preparation for the next mission." Hope this helps. Thanks for the question.

Nice exp. But all the plus for firing at a passing fighter from 10,12,1.30 should not be applied. It never was in B-17 QoTs
