I made this video because I don't think there are ANY helpful guides for young people who are looking for a career path that suits them.
What I'm explaining to you here is all about exploration and connection. Traditionally, we're encouraged to pick a career out of the handbook and follow that pathway. Do well in school, get a degree, get a job, get promoted, and run the company. My vision for you is nothing like that. That's just a starting point, and you build it out. Get better jobs and better education. The idea is that you don't need to do it all at once.
