Step 1
Preheat oven to 160 degrees C, about half an hour.

Line the bottom and side of pan with parchment paper, pour in cake mix and smooth it out, bake in oven at 160C for 25 minutes, turn it around and bake another 25 minutes.
Step 5
Cake icing:
Beat half pack cream cheese till soft, add yogurt, lemon juice and combine. Sift in icing sugar and taste. Pour the icing mix through the sieve, add lemon peel, store in refrigerator.
Step 6
Wait till the cake is cooled before detaching removable sides, pour icing over the cake.
