Meh, it's okay. The artwork is pretty damn polished and refined, i'll give Reiji that, but also kinda limited, like it doesn't really try anything, not necessarily new, but daring or exageratted in the moe style. I can definitely see why you consider it top tier art, but, at least for me, a manga like Kininatteru Hito ga Otoko Jyanakatta (ain't putting the english name, since it has spoilers, in case anyone wants to check it out) has artwork that speaks for itself, and works better for a romance, but that's just imo. Great video 👍

I found it to be the exact opposite. i think the manga you mentioned has pretty meh art but I ended up loving the artstyle on rent a girlfriend. Guess it's up to preferences in the end

From the story perspective, RAG is too boring and dragged on longer than necessary (I'm still surprised how it didn't get canceled yet) But from the art style and character design, he's doing such a great job with it.
