Not only is the scenery of Ireland beautiful but the plp r wonderful also! The climate is diverse as it is in Eastern Canada as there is rain, fog, dry, cool and sunny days. The weather changes throughout the year as to the amount of rain, fog or sunshine it receives. It doesn’t rain constantly. But Ireland certainly does its nickname justice by being called the Emerald Island! TFS your cute version of a thatched roof house!

Greetings from Ireland! Love learning with you. Traditional cottages only have one window at gable end as tax was based on the amount of light in a home... many many years ago! 🙈

This cottage and sheep on hillside challenged me more than previous paintings w you. The stones and the thatched roof didn't go well! Sheep still look like they are hand Going on the hillside! 😉

Funny story, was in the process of painting this and when painting the landscape enthusiastically painted big white what I thought were flowers in the landscape. That night I was thinking gosh it would be fun if there were a few sheep in the meadow! Next morning put my glasses on to continue painting and low and behold what I thought were big white flowers were indeed sheep! Lol .. obviously I sipped too much wine,😅
