My fingers pain a lot while learning chords. One more problem is I can’t sing while playing. My focus is more on down up down up etc than song while singing :(

This is common for beginners so nothing wrong if you are facing this issue. Painful fingertips problems should ideally not exist after 2 weeks if you are playing regularly. It took me a week (avg 3hrs/day) to overcome the pain. And, your second problem with syncing the singing with chords and strumming is also okay. These are 3 different activities for our brain. Just like driving a car for the first time, singing along with playing guitar takes time. Step1: Make strumming so confident that you do it subconsciously till the point that you don't have to speak strumming pattern or look at strings while playing. Don't switch chords at this step; use any chord. Step2: Now, start switching chords - start with 3 chords first. Do strumming with chord switching until this step also sets in your subconscious mind. Step3: Now start singing. This process took me around 45-60days.
