i searched "crying is singing" and found your video. I have been listening to Jonathan Davis of KORN and came to the realization that crying can unlock vocal potential. He sings from his soul! Like you said, crying takes away the worry of achieving a sound and lets you live in the emotion of the music, and because of that one can reach higher or sound cleaner with less effort. It seems related to method acting! Anyways thank you for confirming what I have been thinking!
