I believe you are looking for the Nvidia GeForce Experience App. Nvidia broadcast is primarily an additive to the inputs for livestreaming/ recording.

Hi I wanted help as broadcasting to any platform is not popping up anymore on my alt+z , I used to stream through nvidia shadowplay aka GeForce experience, buy since I updated to nvidia app I am unable to stream anymore . CAN you please help me with this issue😢

before it was ez to broadcast live stream using alt+Z but now things are getting hard please help me or teach me how to.. live stream again using nvidia thanks!
