24:11 Bhaiya, jese hi aapne code ko comment kiya to page dubara re-render hoga, dubara re-render hone ke liye purane wale ko hatna hoga, means count unmount hoga or usi unmount ki wajha se humara clean up function chalega. There is a small issue, aapne useEffect ko hi comment out kiya tha, matlab clean up fun() bhi comment ho gya. It means clean up function koi internal functionality call karti he. Aap dekho na, useEffect me humne sirf clean-up function ko define kiya he call kanhi pe bhi nahi kiya. It means somewhere internal functionality call this clean-up function.
