Thank you for video. I am half Armenian, mum from Egypt. We live in Australia. Mum speaks Armenian, English, French, Arabic. Reads and writes in French and English. Mum and my aunt were raised in French boarding school as their parents separated. Our cousins came from Armenia in 1980 and of course it is a different dialect, I think Soviet Eastern Armenian. One cousin who got out of Soviet Union because her father was French moved to Paris speaks another dialect. I love your authentic nature. My mum tried to hook me up with various Armenian girls but it did not happen. I sure if she saw you she would want me to hook up with you lol :). I am past that now. Mum has lost most of her relatives and recently her older sister of 93. They left Egypt in about 1950 after Nasar nationalized Egypt and made it difficult for non muslims to exist. :)

good memories. My mom would say ( pardon my spelling) "kaknim jibsin jibilatin metcha"....may camel S**t be spread amongst your ancestors bones...something like that. You KNEW she was mad then. My grampa was part of the first vendors who opened up the basement in the Grand Central Market downtown LA in the, I don't know, the 40's?, he'd show off the green chilies and shout out to customers: Chili Vorde!!!!! ( "Chili up your ass!!"). "Oaf oaf oaf!!!" still hear that one!
