You're an ethical attorney who represents your clients' position the best you consistently can, while explaining that they shouldn't let their emotions and egos drive the case in directions you know are unrealistic. Letting them know that if their case goes to jury trial, it will be heard by people who've never seen them, while the defense attorney will be presenting the defendant's position as strongly as possible. Everybody thinks their position is airtight, but that isn't the way the rest of the world sees it. I have legal controversies about once every 15 years, that require consulting an attorney. I've always been wisely advised to settle on fair terms for me and sometimes had kind words with the other party, also glad to see it settled fairly.

Although I have never been on a NY beach, I would say that look like elsewhere. Must have needed vacation after. SOUNDS, LIKE THIS PERSON IS DISGRUNTLED. but they need to understand that the doctors didn't originate the need for the initial care.

Much more than being disgruntled. Her life was turned upside down, and she is permanently and forever disabled because of it.
