You missed one important point to cover, the charging port! Any trimmer with a port other than Type C forces you to carry the charging cord with you when you travel. Philips, when better in performance at any price range, fails badly in this.

Mi trimmer's build quality is always less than Phillips, but Phillips always had battery issue in lower price models, run time may go down fast. But i would still say it's better than xiaomi, I've been owning a mi trimmer for few years, a small part near the rotor broke, and now if i use without cap, it will cut badly. So build quality isn't good.
