Bollinger bands help determine whether prices are high or low on a relative basis. When the bands tighten during a period of low volatility, it raises the likelihood of a sharp price move in either direction.

He says the real thing about indicators. Indicators indicate something and rsi indicates momentum. Lose of momentum does not mean buy or sell signal. And look for divergence at two places All Time High or low and Obvious Support or Resistance levels. Great teaching. Liked it much

Bollinger bands indicate the volatility in the price. If there is a squeeze of the bands then there is low volatility, price may be going sideways. Then it is possible that after the squeeze when the bands diverge outwards, there can be a big move up or down.

My tip for positive divergence: Use the RSI 14 and the RSI 7. If the RSI 7 crosses above 30 and the RSI 14 has not been below 30 then buy.

Bollinger bands indicate volatility. Many people study in school days by by-hearting concept of standard deviation, but the practicality of standard deviation is so useful in studying volatility. In this video, Ultimate joke is 🙂, when Sharma sir told very cool that , entire his life has been divergence between him and his parents expectations and the way prateek asked questions by putting himself in beginners mindset was really nice. Another Highlight joke is Mark Zuckerberg's divergence 🙂The way prateek grilled sharma sir with beginner mind set questions, clarified the concept much more clear. Hello boss you keep claiming that you go through all the comments - My question - If you follow a line chart, that's plotted for closing price but verbally you are mentioning higher high. Please clarify if the high is based on closing?
