Resist writing Resisters They are RESISTORS ORS not ERS When you pay attention and learn to PRONOUNCE the words correctly you will then be able to spell them correctly RESIT ORS not RESIT ERS Repeat the word one hundred times and you will learn The emphasis is on OR and not ER Your knowledge of the English Language is below third grade level Neither have you learned how to format text - writing rules or how and why to use paragraphs . Did your mother send you to dog school or are you genetically damaged or mentally incompetent ? Ask your uncle ? Time you educated yourself and started learning to pay attention to detail. There were people 500 years ago who were far better educated than YOU Keep that in mind - You have not made any progress. Now it has been brought to your attention - Fix it - fix the scholastic and mental damage - Be teachable and you will make progress. Good luck and good bye No need to replay - My time is too valuable and not recoverable to be reading excuses. I have more important matters to attend to.

You are a pro, no doubt, and you help others to go right through the wall of ignorance/inexperience, by showing things practically and logically!

Electronic repairs is like being a detective. Sometimes you go down the wrong road only to find a dead end, then you find another dead end and after some time you find the problem by a process of elimination. Then you say to yourself "if I'd only gone down that road first I could have finished the job in 10 minutes".

Loved the Northern Soul track David & The Giants - Ten Miles High. Interesting video.

I use that track as standard for testing as it is one of the few I have that has no copyright problems. Plus it's a great song.The other I often use is THP Orchestra Too Hot For Love, which was big at the Ritz all dayers and the Mecca back in '77 but I mainly use that on my other channel

It goes to show the value of being systematic and keeping notes! This job was a dog though yeah? Comparing the two units and exchanging parts was useful but in the end it was the old peepers that spotted the bad component. Lucky it wasn't the Professional Nonsense Module! I gather you put an inordinate amount of time into the job for what it will pay, but you _will_ get paid, the client will be pleased to get his amplifiers back in good order, and your reputation as Electronics God of Gran Canaria is preserved for another day. Well done.

Yeah a lot of work went into this one but then some others are simple. Check the Tri-amp 2x class D + class A/B active speaker cab repair coming later this week 😉

The advent of lead free/reduced lead solder has created the potential for poor connections. Having dismantled failed LED lamps I have found not only blown single LED's but also failed solder joints on the primary mains wire connection to the driver PCB

its a nightmare after soldering for over 35 yrs the lead free catches me out
@LearnElectronicsRepair9 күн бұрын
@@johnmellor6065 Lead free solder was obviously invented by someone who doesn't actually do any soldering on a day to day basis. I rest my case 🤪

Hi, have simple repair question if you can help. I have a 12V 500ma input working Electronic Keyboard and when i push in the Power button, there a load pop from the speakers and maybe the main CHIP ect are getting hit hard too?. Its cheap chinese but i like it SO....... i was thinking of like a 240V inrush limiter sort of thing, Is there a way of delaying that 12V just a little when i push the on/off hard switch? I was thinking of a CAP in series that would charge up in a few seconds? or a inductor in series but that is for killing AC so probably wont do much for the DC?

Reputation is key, you may lose abit of income on some jobs, but make it back on others, it is frutrating take jobs on without knowing the time schedule to repair them, and then replacing parts at the beginning at your own cost, but hey! that`s the job. sterling job, simple things catch out.
