I haven't run into these mean phrases in movies or TV shows so far. I might've used the phrase"Move over, let me do it." when my kids have trouble doing something. I didn't mean to insult them. I just wanted to help them😱 From now, I'll say "Let's do it together!" "Do you want me to help you?" something like that😀 Cool lesson, You rock.😁

Hey, Mr. Bob! I know that you get mean comments on YT from time to time. It’s rare, but it does happen. I just wanna let you know that you’ve never disappointed me, as my teacher and as a person in general. I have nothing but full confidence in you. I’m so proud of you and of the fact that I can be your student. Sorry if I ever disappointed you with my broken English, or by not being so dedicated. But you know what?! To the best of my memory, I had heard them saying to me 'the mean phrases' a little bit more often than the happy or nice ones in life, so for my part I can say that it was a big problem for me to struggle with those discouraging words 😞, but in the meantime I don't remember someone telling me some nice and encouraging words, such as "you should just be you" or "I'm sure you'll do better next time" .... ; and therefore, I think it would've been better if a couple of people around me had given me a little bit of encouragement ....🤔 😅, but well .... now that's quite all right with me because now I'm hearing Mr. Bob telling me/ us a little bit of encouragement, and thus I'm feeling relieved as well as happy, good .... 😊😃😀😄😁😌
