Passed my exam this morning for the first time with only 2 minors. It’s not as difficult as people make it seem. Tips: Watch a lot of these videos, very help and informative. Thanks for uploading! Be very exaggerative with the mirrors and make sure to check constantly. Look way ahead of you and look out for signs and speed limits. Don’t forget the indicators and blind spots especially when moving off from side parking. Try not to be nervous cuz when you do, you’ll start to make mistakes. Take deep slow breaths before the exam and believe in yourself. Stay positive. Be kind to the examiner and smile!! Good luck!!

I passed, but in my country the exam is different, like the counting of the mistakes is different... With how many normal / serious driving faults would you still pass? 'Cause I have no idea haha 😂 and I am interested 😆 Here you have a list with all the posibile mistakes and they have scores. The policeman marks what you do wrong and at the end it all adds up. If you get 21 or more than 21 points (mistakes worth) you fail. Like for example you get 6 points if you tend to give priority to others when you have it (because that means that you don t know the rules)..

In Finland minimum requirement to go to driving test is that you need to take 10 driving lessons (45min) and you can take half of them with driving simulator. On top of that you need 4 risk-driving lessons (slippery, night driving, conurbation and highway) and again half of them you can drive with simulator). I got my license on 2nd try after taking only 7.5 driving lessons in real car and 7 in simulator 😉 our driving test lasts 60 minutes and that includes paperwork before and after test and feedback.

I took my test second time last Friday and passed. I have to say, it’s not as harsh as you may think. I thought that if I missed a mirror check or was slightly hesitant at a roundabout, it would be instant fail. However, I got 3 minors only, and the examiner said the main thing was that I drove safely. So best piece of advice guys, do whatever you feel is safe, don’t worry about those little minors. I watched a lot of your videos before my driving test and it helped a lot. I kept getting frustrated with people in the comments saying stuff like "I can't believe im still watching these a year after I passed my test 😂😂👌👌👌". I was like lol OK calm down. I passed my last week and I genuinely can't stop coming back to your videos hhaha. I feel like a hypocrite now 😊.

I'll always still watch too. I passed last week though, so still early days. I must say I'm not a fan of driving at night, but I'll push myself so I get used to it.

I failed my test twice at 19 with 3 majors & Christ knows how many minors both times Left it for years and finally at 24 I started taking lessons again and passed last month within a couple months. It was more horrible than my first two tests, I really thought I’d failed cause the examiner was giving me shit the whole time but I passed with 10 minors 😂 I still find myself coming back to these videos I swear they’re making me a better driver

This was so informative. It's amazing how much content is available for free online these days. I have my driving test coming up soon and stuff like this is really boosting my confidence. Knowledge is power right!

Please could you put the main mirror in the screen so we can understand what happened behind the car and assess properly any driving fault Many thanks

In Norway it’s not recommended to use handbrake when stop for red lights it’s up to the learner if they want to
@jzk20205 жыл бұрын
That's because Norway is a civilized nation. LOL jk... I also don't think its a requirement in UK. I didn't do that, and passed my test.

I decided to grow up and get a car license after spending a decade on sportsbikes, I did a single 2 hour lesson, got the basics down, then i bought my own yaris and got learner insurance with collingwood, started off doing short journeys and later longer ones on faster roads/bends, 2 weeks later i went and did my test at morden test center in my own car and passed with only 2 minors.🎉🎉🎉, insurance is coming out crazy expensive, i might just have to stay On the r1 for another year..

23:11 if you slow it down slightly he actually does check both center mirror and left mirror before signaling
@firepitch51134 жыл бұрын
Yah but they always say exaggerate your observations because the examiner can't watch you the board and the road at the same time
@jamescooper49664 жыл бұрын
@@firepitch5113 true, i for one on my lessons make sure its obvious i am checking them, i passed my bike test not long ago and its so easier because the examiner is also on a bike so he cant pick up as much as they do in driving tests

12:29 The vehicle emerging from the left is a hearse. These are often followed by one or more limousines and a string of friends and relatives in private cars travelling in a convoy. It is good etiquette to give them time and space and allow them good passage.

That's a bit hard that you can't indicate right at a roundabout when the Santa says it's right and then it's a major fault.I would say that is the fault of the sat nav if your going to expect drivers to use sat navs.You could have roundabout signs showing one way roads coming onto the roundabout that are not classed as exits.
