I failed my first driving test for stopping at the green light as well 😂 I thought the other cars was about to crash into me so I break hard at the roundabout, but they stop the last second at the line. They came in so fast though 😮

@@haseebkayani3340 I did around 35 hours total. It sounds simple but treat the test as a normal lesson because it's not like you're doing anthing you've never done before. I also found that occassionally chatting to the examiner when appropriate helps a lot because it takes your mind off of the driving.

I passed my driving test a few weeks ago, thanks to this and other channels regarding driving. If I may give a few tips that might help whomever is going for the test 1. Engage with the examiner at the start, be nice, be attentive to what they re saying. Ask a few questions and show genuine care about their answers I.e. how long have you been an examiner? Do you enjoy it? 2. Try to imagine you are going for a ride in your car and the examiner is just someone asking you for a lift, so youd be driving this person for 40min until your destination. 3. Dont be afraid if you go the wrong way. Just be safe all the time 4. If it gets quiet in the car, verbalise all the actions you are doing, even anticipations, it helps a lot. Both of you. I.e I'm checking my mirrors, im seeing this car ahead is turning right, so I'll slow down and change to 2nd gear..for example... 5 . Most important for last, consider the possibility that you might fail, and what your actions are after that. If you do this you will be much more relaxed, because the pressure of I GOTTA PASS is out of your shoulders. Hope it helps. 😊

@@chris_gh2639 I think they will actually help.. they re not supposed to, but listen to this. I stopped at the traffic light and it got quiet, . the examiner started looking at me, like staring, I thought WTF? When I looked in the left mirror, the examiner glanced down at the gearbox as if she was saying Hey, you're on 2nd gear, watch out. It was very subtle, but I noticed and prevented stalling. I know stalling isn't a fault but the fact is, you rude, or dismissive or they dont get a liking to you, that wouldn't ve happened. Hey either way, got nothing to lose. Being nice is always a plus.

It definitely gets better, I've been driving 10 months and I feel quite comfortable now, what I think may always get you a bit is driving in new areas, but when you're constantly driving around the same areas like to work etc you just do it with your eyes closed, the more you drive the more it will all become second nature to you, but I remember my first week being fairly scary 😂

I think that a driving test is the luck of the draw as you could easily pass or fail, it's down to an examiner. Every examiners are different and could be very subjective...If an examiner wants to fail you, she/he can be very strict to you😁 in the test...

Omg I failed my first test for stopping at a green light.. I had been ill the weekend just before and can only assume it was because of this but we were on our way back to the test centre and I must've zoned out and when I came to I saw someone standing at the crossing looked like they were ready to cross so I stopped... realised it was green, stopped the car completely parking break up and everything before setting off again. I only failed on that one thing but have took my test again and passed since 😂
