Not in A1 exam but in the "test your German " exam. It comes at the end of lesson 65. Hope this is helpful

It's "Mir tut der Kop weh", because (I believe) wehtun is a Dative verb, and since it's a dative verb and the subject of the sentence is actually "Der Kopf" the indirect object becomes "mir". You can think of it as: the subject gives the indirect object pain.

*German here 6:30 ❌Weißt du, woher kommt Frau Schmidt? ✅Weißt du, woher Frau Schmidt kommt? -> if we would only ask „where is Frau Schmidt from?“ then for the first sentence the verb would be in the right place but because we add „do you know“ as the main sentence and the rest is the Nebensatz it changes the position of the verb again
