First, Greg Stachel talks about a recently published report that said the Earth was outside, what scientists called, it "Safe Operating Space for Humanity." The scientists had decided on nine measures of the Earth's health and found six of them to be getting worse.
Then Bryan Lynn talks about Google's use of artificial intelligence tool Bard to upgrade its internet search in the technology report. Google is competing with Microsoft and other companies that are augmenting their products with AI features.
Then Dan and Bryan discuss why Google is pushing its Bard service now. After a promotional message for the English learning program for young people, Let's Learn English with Anna, Dan introduces the Lesson of the Day. Jill Robbins and Andrew Smith talk about how to talk about other people using examples from Let's Learn English. Finally, Dan and Ashley sign off.
