Right. You don’t have to try too hard. It takes some getting used to. I found myself doing my best jumps in a very relaxed state. Make sure to make it to Elk Grove!!

Thanks for this. I'm not a serious mtn biker at all, but went to Elk Grove w/ my son 2 weekends in a row and loved it. Now looking for a DJ for myself so I don't destroy my glorified hybrid bike or my 40+ yr old body. Bikes are hard to find these days though.

For being the first time on a DJ that was pretty good I'm also looking at the Transition PBJ since i'm 6'1 and its one of the only brands that has bigger sizes (Transition PBJ comes in S/L/XL) the "one size fits all" that most brands make are usually developed to people max 5'5. what size is yours?

It’s a good bike for sure. I’ve started to hit jumps on my enduro bike now and I’m loving that. You’ll have to check out some of my more recent vids. I’m hitting way bigger jumps now 🤘🏻

@@JaredHoff yeah it’s nice because they have a little bit of everything and something for all skill levels. Definitely recommend bringing your dirt jumper and full suspension to mess around on!

This was the largest DJ bike I could find, and it still felt too small. I sold this and currently just use my Trek Slash for jumps 😂

Had to respect the kid their and his dad. I wasn’t wearing a mask when I showed up, but I’m always trying to be respectful of others and I’m glad I chose to wear it because that kid was stoked.

I'm not bashing or anything but it's critical that when doing high intensity workouts that your body gets maximum oxygen. Studies show that your breathing in a ton more carbon monoxide which is very poor for your health. Prolong mask wearing can result in a bacterial infection in your lungs. Keep on keeping on brother ps I just joined the DJ bike club
