So from what I understood the way you should play virtual world is: you play emergency teleport or normal summon a monster, than play whatever is yellow and summon Shenshen. After that they'll quit. Ok, got it.

@@phamquang7885 Not without something like Call of the Haunted (AKA non-archetype trap-based). The most I’ve been able to do after VFD is summon Barronne, but it’s inconsistent. I can more consistently make Sigma, but that’s worthless turn 1

To be on the safe side try to add gossip in the endboard for protecting vfd effect from gamma or other similiar monster handtraps and adding a gossip isnt hard like using roshi to summon a lv 3 which allows you to summon the other lv 3 which is now tuner from gy (forgot the name of the card).

Worth noting that VW can run gossip shadow. The point isn't attaching to a number XYZ, the point is that it's a negate and it may turn a handtrap into a draw for both players. 12:15 you could have used e-tele to make a gossip if you had one. It's just a free extra negation

Tbh in most of my games my endboard is vfd and gossip just in case if they try to negate vfd with gamma in their round or preventing a nib.

one advice, set the chain response to ON and activate calamities right away, don't even try to respond to your opponent. I've won against a few virtual world players because they waited and got kaiju'ed instead.

Even during the match they had, if the opponent had the setup to pressure DuelLogs into activating VFD while Drident was on the field, that would've been trouble. That could've been avoided had he just locked him out from the start. If you're going into VFD, there is no reason to pretend that you're playing fair, so just locking them out immediately is the way to go. If you've already brought the gun to a knife fight, why wait until the opponent gets into stabbing range?

I'll be real, and ready for the hate, but in a deck like this I really hate running Maxx "Maximus" C. because, like, what are trying to draw into to stop them? If you were running Nib or a crossout package I'd be more for it but I think Leah is 100% right about running 2 or even less.

VW can literally go on full combo with 2 combo pieces, while having access to stardust charge, croc and coral dragon so the deck just cant brick unless you run too much staples, every single VW monster got hard once per turn effect so having more of them on the hand basically does nothing if they got negated...

Another way you can hard make Zeus is by playing Final Sigma because he's incredibly easy to make. So make Ultimaya, set a card, summon Crystal Wing, combo off make Sigma, make Zeus.

If you still play it I recommend to play Totem Bird. Is a rank 3 that negates spell/traps, so you dont lose your entire board to Raigeki. Has happened to me before

Infinite impermanence is very good card regardless what deck your play, and it very important if your deck is lacking in go 2nd capability or your deck have very few negation capability like speedroid which can only get 2 to 3 negation only. Learn multiple deck is important asside then dino deck which my main. Currently, i can play speedroid, metalfoes and swordsoul. Also gimmicks deck for fun only. Tips, if your fight vw that go 1st always negate lulu 1st as that is always their starter combo, if possible used imperm or veiler 1st. Don used Ash blossom 1st because your never know he have Jiji and Lili, so that your can negate Jiji and Lili effect. By this point your should able lock down VW combo in general. However, if still can combo because of draw good 1st hand card, your last hope is nibiru once all vw normal monster have been summon out, if no Nibiru or your draw worst go 2nd card, then pray your draw lighting storm or your will lost the game.

One thing I discovered is that you can fizzle their search effects by chaining something to get rid of the card they're targeting. Also, VFD's detach effect doesn't stop you from using your backrow.

this deck is so complex for something that halve the time draws 1 traps 1 monsters and hand traps to does nothing going first. finding the lines that make tzolkin before your vfd and still have enough extension to make 2 level 9 after. at least its funny making vfd and zeus with your main deck monsters

Yes! That's exactly how I hard summon zeus when I need to. You augment shenshen with the chuche graveyard effect to get shenshen to level 12! I just noted the other options like Tzolkin as Geomathmech Final Sigma is more useful on the field!

There’s a generic rank 9 that’s a once per turn monster negate, or potential spell negate. I haven’t gotten a chance to test it in VW yet, it’s not nearly as good as VFD, but it’s something

Hello Mr. Logs sir, I know you Like Gimmick Decks, I have gimmick deck you might find interesting that I'm not sure anyone has figured out yet but I am the progenitor of this combo, it's a 4 card combo that is a first turn 5 card hand rip activating 5 smoke grenade of the thief on turn 1 OR activating 3 smoke grenade of the thief turn 1, taking 4th card out of hand with Primathmech Laplacian, and Taking the fifth final card out with Psy-framelord Omega. Also you end on a nigh unbreakable board too. If that sounds like a cool gimmick deck that pique your interest and you'd like to see it I'll show you. I'll give you a hint too, it uses an archetype that you used once in one of your really older videos way back in the day, that same video which helped make me fall in love with said archetype, and uses a Loop to achieve this 5 card hand rip goal.

Well atleast it better than have a duel against discoball. If u play against VFD u can still do something like set a trap, use spell, or negate VFD effect with gamma or other negate card. But against 3-5 omni negated discoball, u cant do anything
