You and your sister are just so amazing... I love your guy's videos as they truly calm me down... beautiful area! Oh if you are feeling nausea after meals you can have ginger of any type or ginger beer and it will get rid of that icky feeling. Love this video and I am so glad you talked about how you have needed to force yourself to rest and I also have struggled with that too... ❤ it sometimes is something we just have to force ourselves to do... You made some great points, oh! And you might want to look up "anti-anxiety foods"! It helped me a freaking load!!! Oh loved seeing more of the house and animals too!!!🎉❤

I learned that many, many times being buzy all the time is not productivity. I am productive when I do things mindfull and slow. It took some time, but I am there finally.😊

If you haven't seen it already....I loved my first Kdrama from many years ago....Rain and Song Hye Ko in 'Full House' :) I am 66 and have 3 adult sons....but if I had a daughter I think she would look just like you....because I looked very much like you at your age. I hope you can figure out soon how to be 'comfortable' again ... whatever it is you are doing, or not doing. I guess finding a balance is the key, but just loving and caring for yourself is so important. Your sister's home is lovely and looks to be in a beautiful area...reminds me of pictures I've seen of Europe. I hope you aren't too affected by the Canadian fire smoke....we're supposed to get hit pretty hard here tomorrow....I'll be staying indoors!
