Since you're in Valencia I think it makes sense that you would want to pronounce "gracias" like grathias. I personally just settled for grasias (not grashas) because I want to sound somewhat close to the old Philippine Spanish accent, and also that if I ever get to move to Spain I would probably choose to live in Andalucia where the dialect has seseo.

Hi, I have a question not relating to this subject, but I remember when you first moved to Spain in a video I watched a while back, you transported your cute old bulldog who did pass away shortly thereafter. Anyway, my question is did you use a transport service as I have an older pup and I am concerned about all of the stress of moving. I am in the USA and that will be quite a haul for him. Would love any suggestions you might offer.

We are trying to research and get info so we can make decisions before moving. Our target date is early next year. AND we plan to communicate with your lady for helping us as well. Not sure how soon we should do that. But we will. Also want to make a trip and look at properties as i think we want to buy. So i ha evstarted gathering documents to start and will add as necessary. Is there a way i can communicate with you or someone to ask a few questions. We will be bringing our mini schnauzer so i have some dog questions as well.

Plus you have traveled with a dog We became residents of Panama and lived there gor 14 years. Residency process was extremely easy and very different from Spain. But we also returned to the US with our dog a much shorter flight. And I wondered what doc Spain wanted and how arrival was handled. I will figure it all our. @@pgracenavarro2587Great question! Initially, we also thought age might be a factor. However, as we progressed, we realized that once you immerse yourself in learning, whether through classes or daily practice, it becomes much easier and naturally integrates into your vocabulary. We've observed that some people here choose not to learn the language, but we don't believe this is related to age. It's more about the willingness and effort put into the learning process 😊

To me Spanish is like Bisaya and Portuguese is like Tagalog, matigas yung bigkas ng Spanish, mas malumanay yung Portuguese. When I'm trying to listen and learn Spain Spanish I imagine that they're just my Bisaya relatives and it helps lol

@@americaninspain Thanks! I heard the Spanish is harder, there’s two tests instead of 1. My friend’s US test was ->Read this “Where is the white house?” He didn’t even have to say the address, he just has to read the question. 😂
