For the ones that can't find the correct bounty: You need to complete Isolation Vault (Tier 3) and then you should be able to get it.

I used Gauss to speed it up, 1.5min to finish up per round(including retreat from the vault)

You might need to do the tier 1 isolation vault mission to unlock access to the one I was doing. I solo'd it before going to the spot in the video; I probably did the tier 1 from the bounty list inside the Necralisk.
