Fantastic video. Thank you for sharing. I have used Fuzzy measures extensively (but more the Sugeno Fuzzy Integral) and back then there was only Tim Haven's channel explaining this, but this is leaps and bounds better.

Is there any software to calculate this ? Can this be performed on fsQCA software?

Ypu can use R's Kappalab and Rfmtool packages. They have built in solvers that compute the Sugeno lambda.measures, provided you give the initial measure (fuzzy densities, the databases he mentions here)

what if I do not have any data? I just have, suppose, 3 people A, B, and C. Then how do I know the productivity of each, u(A), u(B), or u(C)?

then there would be an infinite number of possibilities - if you don't have any observations, it's possible A is doing all the work and B and C don't do anything.

Yes, the discrete and not continuous is what's shown here.
