the squeeking happened to me, its because of the amount of weight so high up, try lowering the wheel deck itself and lower your chair instead, that will fix it

Using cockpit or dash view helps when using a wheel as well. Gives you a better feel for how much angle you have

I do that in Assetto Corsa on pc with the ultra wide but on the tv with Forza horizon 5 I had a hard time using cockpit view

a tip from my limited amount of knowledge, left foot braking is crazy good for increasing angle. TSRB and similar youtubers also have huggge amounts of tip videos, depending on the type of drifting you're looking at. TSRB mostly does touge style stuff, but tips from his videos will transfer over to anything you want, if you have the imagination for it obv.

I have a similar setup and I’ve noticed that if you use the clamp that came with the wheel to secure the front, it helps reduce the flex a lot

I have this exact same stand and using a Fanatec DD and i get no flex or sqeaking at all. Also to make this heavy thing easier to move, you can buy 2 locking rubber coated wheels to install in the front,lift the back and just roll it. Look at Next Level Racing wheel stand DD,look at the lower front and you will see the wheels. This is basically same design so all you need are M8 size threaded wheels or just buy the actual wheel set from Next Level.

Thanks for discussion of the Wheel Stand 2.0 with your DD wheel. Do you feel like you lose some of the fidelity of feedback from the DD wheel because of the flex in the wheel stand? Cheers.

At some point you’ll need a shifter because it’s difficult using the paddle shifts while drifting

Just ordered the Logitech pro wheel. Would you still recommend this one or does it have too much flex

I'm curious to know how well the Wheel stand copes with the brake cell pressure I'm concerned that everything gonna be shifting around, what's your opinion?

The pedal platform is rock-solid. No worries there about things moving around

Where you able to install all three screws to the bottom of the pro wheel base to the next level stand
