Rimbun Dahan was founded and maintained by a famous architect and his family. They offer placements for artists to live and work there for a certain period of time to support the arts. They also dismantled two different types of traditional-style houses from different states, moved and reconstructed the houses on the Rimbun Dahan premises. At least that’s what I was told when I went there many years ago. Amazing place, really loved my visit

Lot of dish can be a local special, like ikan patin masak tempoyak (catfish with fermented durian) is a Pahang signature dish because of the ingredient. We can say a top quality for that specific fish in that dish can be acquire from Pahang. Different state with different signature dish because of best-local ingredient. We can found it elsewhere but it hardly can be the best if we compare to the original place.
@alifhashim37522 жыл бұрын
Pandan leaves are also know as Asian vanilla. Yes Worcestershire sauce was created from Asian recipes. So the local version in Malaysia is much older than the English version. So yes very likely England stole it from Malaysia 🤣
