Great to see the new presenter getting stuck in, I think she's taken to the job like a duck to water. Would have been good to see a closer look at those bikes though. Good work, well done.

The idea of keeping your elbow high is to counter act oversteer and automatically turn into the slide instead of collapsing the front wheel and low siding. These guys did a pretty shit job of explaining this. But yes you can use this tactic with almost all sorts of riding. You see it with stunt riders who do street drifting and such. The other big problem here is that the instructors made no mention of correcting the handle bars to properly suit the length of the riders arms. they made no provisions (that we can see) to the handle bars for the riders. All pro racing teams adjust handle bars and length to fit the rider better. This can improve confidence and steering control by a dramatic amount. If the handle bars are too low relative to your reach, it doesn't matter how well you practice arm control, you will be fighting the steering and having a harder time controlling oversteer.

Ah yes, the bike Indian should be selling from the dealerships, with minimal changes.
