also yes, fellow runner! at the beginning it will be hard to catch your breath - I promise though, with time it does it get easier. I was never good at long distance running but i just started to enjoy it after almost 2 months of consistently doing it! YOU GOT THIS! showing up and starting is always the hardest part and you did that: )
