Welcome back to our channel! This channel is all about our life after my husband's deportation. Today I learned the first part of making traditional Mole Poblano! One of my comadre's showed me how to make this traditional Puebla dish. We start by frying all of the ingredients together so they can sit and cool for 1-2 days before grinding it together into a powder.
