Body shifting IS a must, it's not a dirt bike, you cant sit in the middle of the seat. You HAVE to be ready to literally hang off one side or the other and you can make any turn.Stand up and lean forward on uphill runs,helps to not flip.KEEP YOUR FEET on the pegs (get bigger one or the foot nets) or the back wheels WILL grab them and you will be hurt.You had a nice enough ride,good job so far.Just ride and learn and the fun will be more every ride.
@cusefan82034 жыл бұрын
Love the three wheeler content. If you really shift your weight around it helps you not flip over when going over uneven terrain
@pault2483 жыл бұрын
I agree. You need to throw your weight out over the pegs.

Think of the three wheeler like a three legged table. If the table starts to fall over to the right, weight the left side of the table left of the single leg. For example, when turning left get your weight toward the left hand grip and weight the left footpeg using your body english to bring the push the rear around.

When you get hung up with a 3 wheeler of 4 wheeler you have to lean off to one side and rally jerk it over and kinda tip it on it's side to try and get one wheel to dig down and grab traction. It's not like a bike where you just lean back for traction.

If you’re gonna keep the trike and get new tires then make a studded winter set out of the ones you have on it now,,, you take off the tires screws inside like a million of them then cut up old tubes tape over screws heads then put tubes in tires and back on the machine ,, good for ice winter and serious mud !!!!

Putting your foot down on any vehicle with two rear wheels can result in your foot/ankle being drug under it... Especially at any speed over 10 mph. While I know that's strange to a dirt bike guy it's probably not a good idea on that.

This^^^ I grew up in the ATC era but I rode dirt bikes while my friends rode 3-wheelers. I ran over my legs so many times. I got lucky and never broke anything. I ride a 4x4 ATV now and if it didn't have floor boards I would still be trying to put my feet down.
