Learning to rise and trot

By learning to rise with the horse's movement, Mariella’s weight is evenly distributed, and she can stay centered and secure in the saddle.
Trotting with a rise also helps her maintain proper body posture. As she rises and sits back down, her body naturally aligns with the horse's movement.
This helps to keep her spine straight and her shoulders back, which is essential for good riding posture.
Maintaining a correct posture not only looks elegant but also helps her communicate with the horse more effectively.
This is what we are aiming for in this training session.
