Hi Mo, nice video on how to use some specifics of MS OUTLOOK. One remark: at timestamp 0:53:00 you say you created a meeting with Adele. You haven't noticed that you didn't create a meeting but just an appointment in your own calendar. Its was not in Adele's calendar. If you drag your email to the calendar icon, you still have to add the attendees.
