What Company Should I Join MNC Or Startup

some times employees are holding two offer letters to join software company but as a fresher they might get dilemma which one should join startup or MNC company. In fact every company has pros and cons then what company should I join and what are the factors should I consider before joining any Software company as a fresher and experienced employee.

If you are getting opportunity to learn latest technologies then stay in the same company, don't think about salary in the initial career OR if you want to move to MNC then request your current company
