it's really true .. a fresher always need experience because technology will be upgrade ,may be next company u want to join ,may be this industry required another tech skill and you will be learn after join but that time only experience is required ...true na ? Manager gaaru is a remote control of your job you have to listen to him to stay in your job .don't approach other hirearchy please approach the assigned hirearchy ,don't share personal information /thoughts /views to anyone .......never share your weak points to anyone ...Never perform last in the batch atleast try to be in the middle ...
