Hi Aravnid Good Question. As a developer he/she must be excellent in coding skills to develop enterprise or web applications using any programming language whereas Tester no need to be excellent in coding skills to write automation scripts as like Developer do. Tester responsibility to find the bugs in the product(application)using either manual testing or automation Testing. So compare to Developer Tester job little easy.Thank You for comment Aravind
