Couple of thoughts: 1) Make the pally take Halfus first if the mortal strike drake is up, they should be easily able to take 12-14 stacks and bubble/taunt. 2) If whelps + 2 drakes are up, pop the two drakes and when drake A is down ~50% pop the whelps. Cleave + tanks should spread out the damage. 3) Park tanks against whelp cage if he shadow novas, it gives the healers a fixed point to ensure they are in range. 4) Really the twins are easier. ;)
