Appreciate the walkthrough. Will check out Katalist. Just a quick tip, the reason the recording of your mic has such pronounced breaths (almost making you sound asthmatic) is because you have the compression setting set way too high, which crushes the dynamic range of the recording and lifts up the tiny nuances like breaths and lip slaps etc. Consequently this can hurt your watch time on KZbin as it can fatigue the listener quickly. P.S. I've been a producer and Audio Engineer for several decades ;)

Great video! It gave me an idea. I have a blog. I asked AI to do a high-level summary of the blog and to do it as a storyboard with 8 scenes. Did not include characters yet because I wanted to take the summary and run it through Eleven Labs Text to Voice. After the audio was created, I appended to each scene a character description (e.g., Barbara, an elderly senior woman with graying hair wearing glasses is looking towards the landscaping.) Then, I put the scenes into a CSV file and imported them into Katalist. Wow, was I positively surprised at the results. Then, I took the slides, ran them through video editing, and added an audio track (similar to what is shown in the video). Done! Thank you for the review and this video about consistent characters.

Fingers - Always the fingers. Overall the value is there for storyboarding (or making a children's book?), the main purpose of this SAAS. Having a constant character and similar scenes makes this a winning product for anyone who needs these features. If you're looking to make a movie then "currently" this SAAS is not for that purpose.

The pricing for this tool is really good. Either you see the value or you don't. All tools have their strengths and weaknesses.

@@LearnWire i'd imagine a load of soya based tools coming to appsumo soon and i bet 99% of soya videos will feature 6 legged dogs and mutant humans if image ai is anything to go by. what do you think?

sora may be really great. It will be concencius with the phisics. it could interact with other tools. It will have knowledge of some objects (skeleton) so no so much 6 legged dogs. But to make long videos... they didn´t show anything like this. I bet it will expensive at the point to make this tool unworthy. Generative AI is improving so fast that there is not a single secure bet in the long run. Bought it (with the provided link) and so far... lookin very nice!!!
