when a problem arises between the owner and the tenant, the chances of taking the legal steps are less. Registered lease agreement will give you the legal protection.

விபரம் தெரிந்தவர்கள் 11 மாதத்திற்கு மட்டும் agreement போட்டுவிட்டு, அதன்பின் ஒவ்வொரு முறையும் அதை புதுப்பித்துக்கொள்வார்கள்.

என்னைப் போல ஏமாளி கேனையன் போகியம் எடுக்கவே ..வே..வே கூடாது. 4 இலட்சம் கொடுத்து போகியம் போனேன் .. Agreement ல கையெழுத்து போட்ட அந்த பெரியவர் இறந்துவிட்டதால் என் பணமும் போனது தங்கவதற்கு வீடும் இல்லாமல் போனது .. விளக்கம் சொல்ல பக்கங்கள் போதாது .. பின்னனியில் கூட்டு சதி உள்ளது .. 😩😭

Lease may be profitable to tenants, but loss to the owners. It will be profitable to the owners only if they let the amount on 'kanthu vatti'

@@sathyasiva9301 In investment point of view, rental/lease house is better than own house. Own house is linked with our emotions (Happiness, satisfaction, pride, status, etc.). But, If you don't need your own house, you can stay in a rental/lease house for life long. It is based on your comfort.

House owner, business செய்பவராக இருந்தாலோ, வட்டிக்கு விடுபவராக இருந்தாலோ மட்டும்தான் லாபம். அல்லது உடனடி பணத்தேவை, வேறு எங்கும் பணம் கிடைக்கவில்லை என்று LEASE விடலாம்.
