I Bourt one in 2020. My only problem is that the other neighbours are tenants or renting a corsing damage to my property. I pay maintenance charges to valleys to coast for external repairs, but nothing gets fixed. What do about this type of abuse?

Perhaps you ought to speak to the tenants or landlord of that particular flat? Then follow up with the block agent regarding theworks that do not get actioned.

Thank you. Great question. I believe the strategy is far from saturated and currently still a good one to undergo. As for locations, it's difficult to say. Go with the ones you know best.
